Ji Changcun

Ji Changcun holds a bachelor's degree in Animal Nutrition from Jilin Agricultural University and is a Senior Economist. He previously served as Technical Director at companies such as CP Group Bio and Weifang Jiayijia, and is currently the General Manager of the Acidifier Business Division at Qilu Zhongmu Group.
With over twenty years of experience in the research and promotion of additive premixes, he is one of the earliest pioneers in China to explore and study the application of small-molecule organic acids. He excels at providing problem-solving solutions for clients. He has conducted significant research on the application of small-molecule organic acids and mold inhibitors, and has developed a sustained-release process technology for small-molecule organic acids. He has created a range of acidifier products, including digestive acids, gut acids, bactericidal acids, nutritional acids, drinking-water acids, aquaculture acids, and environmental sanitation acids. He is adept at scientifically formulating acid blends and effectively combining formulation with innovative processes to achieve more stable and compact molecular structures, synergistic effects, palatable taste, bacteriostatic and bactericidal action, and scientifically sound antibiotic replacement. This approach enhances antibacterial efficacy by 2–3 times, effectively maintains intestinal health and environmental safety, and better leverages the nutritional value and precision nutrition requirements of feed formulations to maximize animal growth performance.
